Literary Luncheon with Melissa Clark

Join us at Moderne Barn for an afternoon with food writer and cookbook author Melissa Clark. A discussion of her newest book, Dinner: Changing the Game will be followed by a Q&A session with guests. Chef Ethan Kostbar will prepare a four course meal featuring Melissa Clark’s Warm Squid Salad.
