Summer BBQ Fest
Summer’s heating up — and so is our kitchen. From August 1 through August 31, join us at Moderne Barn for a limited-time Summer BBQ Menu filled with bold, smoky flavors and fresh seasonal flair.
Kick it off with our watermelon salad, tossed with local heirloom tomatoes, pepperoncini, feta, red onion, and basil. For the main course, choose from hickory smoked Beef Brisket, St. Louis Dry Rub Ribs, or Roasted Jerk Chicken, each served with your choice of two sides like grilled street corn, coconut rice and peas, baked beans, or cornbread with whipped honey chipotle butter. Don’t forget dessert — our peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream is the perfect finish. And to keep things cool, we’ll be pouring a watermelon jalapeño margarita made with fresh fruit and just the right kick.
