Under the supervision of Wine Director Matthew Christoff, a diverse beverage program has been created at the Moderne Barn. The wine list leans toward representing producers that operate with a natural, hands-off approach to wine making, who create wine that speaks of the soil it originates from. Christoff is also continuously on a quest for artisanal hand-crafted beer and spirits. Moderne Barn’s offerings include a fine selection of micro-brewed beer, small batch American whiskeys, Italian Amaro and digestifs, and handcrafted tequila and mescal.
The philosophy used in creating the beverage menus pairs perfectly with Chef Kostbar’s respect for the ingredients that he chooses for the dishes at the Moderne Barn.
